What's Available?

When and Where?

Accommodation is generally only available on our Easter and Summer Courses, when students can choose to attend on a day only or residential basis.  Sometimes, we offer accommodation on our Christmas and New Year Courses.

For Easter and Summer Courses, accommodation is in the form of boarding houses at St Edward’s School in Oxford.  Students may request a shared or single room.  There are no en-suite facilities, bathrooms are shared across the floors.  Boarding houses are split by gender and, where possible, floors are split by age group.

If available over the Christmas and New Year, accommodation is in the form of University dorms at St Edmund Hall in Oxford.  The majority of rooms are single occupancy, though students may request to share.  There are no en-suite facilities, bathrooms are shared across the floors.

What’s Included?

If you book a residential course, the course fees will include accommodation and meals.  The course fees will not include any additional nights of accommodation required, e.g. for over the weekend of an Easter Course.  There is a supplementary fee of £50 for a guaranteed single room, at Easter and Summer.  The course fee will include enrolment on our Evening Entertainment Programme.

“My daughter had a wonderful time with you…Yes, it was important she found a way to revise which suited her; and so she chose to spend time with you…But it was also important she continued her path to independence, made new friends, and dealt with unfamiliar situations. On both counts (revision and also character), you and she succeeded: she worked hard with her tutors, whom she liked, and she also came home confident and happy.”

Mr. B, Shropshire, Easter 2019

What other options are there?

As above, we only offer accommodation on our residential courses, these generally being during the Easter and Summer holidays, though sometimes over Christmas and the New Year.  We appreciate that students attending our day only courses may be travelling from further afield and may require local accommodation.  Below are some suggestions, you may wish to consider.
