Management and Administrative Staff

Our Management and Administrative Staff have more than 30 years combined experience, organising and running successful revision courses at Oxford Science Studies.  We dedicate our time to revision and tuition courses and are always looking to offer the best available service.  We are able to quickly adapt to the changing environment and have been successful in expanding our offering, now hosting courses online.

Residential Staff

Our Residential Team are committed to ensuring the health, safety and enjoyment of all students during our Residential Courses, generally taking place during the Easter and Summer Holidays.  We appreciate that it can be difficult being away from home and our friendly staff members are on hand to assist during the evening and night time when students may be feeling under the weather, homesick or just need someone to talk to.

Sarah Frazer

Residential Manager

Sarah plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our Evening Entertainment Programme and the enjoyment and safety of students.

Sarah is the emergency contact for students and parents, during the evening and night time.

Kate Mellish

Accommodation and Welfare

Kate knows her way around the boarding houses, making her the perfect go to person for accommodation queries.  She is always on hand to assist with poorly students, looking after them as needed.

Gavin Ridley

Gavin plays a big role at OXSS, not only is he a warden for most residential courses but also a tutor.

Marcus Larter

Marcus works for the majority of residential courses, on hand in the evenings and during the night.

We are constantly on the lookout for good tutors in all subjects and welcome applications at any time of year. We also regularly add new members to our Entertainment team. These staff are needed for residential courses, to supervise students in the evenings and help out during the day.
